Holiday Inn Guelph Hotel & Conference Centre Pet Policy
All household pets are welcome at Holiday Inn Guelph Hotel & Conference Centre in our designated pet friendly guestrooms. Please inform hotel upon reservation that you will be travelling with a pet and we will make sure to have pet welcome gift at check-in!
To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and your fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you would please observe the following guidelines:
- Please note that a nominal pet fee will apply.
- Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on hotel property, unless it is in your room.
- We regret that pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, or the pool area of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property as well as in and around Guelph.
- Any disturbances, such as barking, should be curtailed to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Please contact the Housekeeping Department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your room. No attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet in the room, unless the owner is present. The pet owner should be in the room when it is cleaned if the pet is present.
- You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel; it’s owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
